I am an eco-somatic practitioner who is inspired by collective liberation approaches taught by intersectional feminists, environmentalists abolitionists, and queer theorists. I hold a deep reverence for the perspectives offered by these mentors and continue to seek the guidance + wisdom of these teachers.

I’ve spent over a decade studying somatic practice + trauma-informed care. Pulling at the threads of what wounding and healing often entails, I’ve started to weave together an ever-broadening tapestry of offerings rooted in care and belonging.

My deep dives and persistence to stay green within the world of healing arts has delivered me to a place of seeing plants, ecology and ancestral lineage as my North Star.
