The altar and practice space for Imbolg 2025

Why Ritual, Why Now?

We're here in midwinter, but it also seems as though we are experiencing a long dark as a collective in this current chapter for humans. Ritual is a technology that helps us to persevere and survive during times of great hardship and great upheaval.

Ritual helps us co-regulate with non-human kin. Ritual helps us build capacity for being with what’s hard or heavy. Ritual re-weaves us to a larger tapestry of human experience and wisdom

What is included?

  • Unlimited access to the recording and materials (does not expire)

  • 80+ minutes of recorded ritual facilitation

  • Historical education about Imbolg

  • Historical context to locate us on the Wheel of the Year

  • A de-colonial approach to European ancestral reconnection + ritual

  • Guided somatic practice + body mapping

  • Journaling prompts to land deeper into the seasonal reflections

How to Engage Imbolg Ritual:

This ritual is created and meant to be tapped into anytime the themes of midwinter are needed in the body and the heart. While you may connect with this practice throughout the year, you may feel it most mirroring the land in mid to late January and through out the month of February. Seasonally inspired rituals are not always connected to a specific date, but rather when the land reveals where we are in the cycle of time.

You are welcome to gather your pals and engage with this ritual together. This ritual can also be nourishing if loneliness is present and you are needing a resource to feel into a sense of belonging and connection beyond human interaction.

When you are feeling the tug of  loneliness, depression or isolation — return to this ritual for some reconnection, inspiration and alchemy.

About the Facilitator

I am an eco-somatic practitioner who is inspired by collective liberation approaches taught by intersectional feminists, environmentalist + abolitionist activists, and queer theorists. I hold a deep reverence for the perspectives offered by these mentors and continue to seek the guidance + wisdom of my human and plant kin alike.

I’ve spent over a decade studying somatic practice + trauma-informed care. Pulling at the threads of what wounding and healing often entails, I’ve started to weave together an ever broadening tapestry of offerings rooted in care and belonging.

My deep dive and dedication to learning within the world of healing arts has delivered me to a place where studying plants, ecology and ancestral lineage has become the North Star for addressing the type of deeply grooved trauma that I see as so common in my office space, and in our collective over-culture.

At this time I am available to facilitate:

Embodied Ancestral Inquiry Practice

Politicized Work Sessions for White Bodied Practitioners

Abortion Care + Integration

Elemental Based Rituals

Ecological Embodiment Practice

Astrology + Oracle Reflection

Biodynamic Craniosacral Touch

Auricular Acupuncture

Custom Herbal Blends
